The current state of medical centers in Mumbai is alarming. Feeders and rescuers are burdened with exorbitant costs at foster centers and staggering bills at vet clinics, making medical treatments nearly inaccessible or causing severe financial strain.
TINTE Foundation is stepping in to address these ongoing challenges.
With the establishment of two animal medical facilities in Mumbai, feeders and rescuers now have access to affordable medical treatments, particularly for critical surgeries like amputations, sterilizations, hematoma treatments, kidney stone removals, pyometra procedures, eye extractions, prolapse corrections, hernia repairs, and more. These surgeries, which were previously prohibitively expensive, are now within reach.
By ensuring the smooth operation of low-cost medical facilities and expanding our capacity, we can exponentially increase the chances of saving the lives of community animals. Moreover, our low-cost sterilization services and free post-care medical support encourage greater participation, significantly boosting efforts in population control.
